◦ 신발 등의 갑피로 사용되는 원단에는 그림, 로고 등의 인쇄가 반드시 필요한데 기존의 생산방식은 인화 필름 이나 인쇄판이 필요하였으나, 최근 UV 등의 디지털그래픽 인쇄기법이 도입되어 컴퓨터에서 보낸 그래픽자료 가 소재에 바로 인쇄되는 고화질의 다품종, 소량생산에 적합한 혁신적인 방식이 업계에서 시도되고 있음.
◦ UV 등의 디지털인쇄기를 이용하여 주요원단 소재인 TPU, Synthetic Leather 등에 적용한 방식은 원단 과의 접착성이 부족하여 고객요구 품질규격의 미달과 내구성 부족 등의 문제가 있었으나 당사는 원단과의 접착성을 개선하여 당사의 최종납품처인 NIKE가 요구하는 품질수준을 만족시키는 신제품 개발을 성공 하여 납품을 진행중에 있음.
당사의 디지털인쇄방식으로 제작된 제품은 기존에 구현할 수 없었던 사진과 같은 1440dpi의 고해상도의 화려한 색상을 구현할 수 있으며, 표면에 2중 PU코팅층을 형성하여 외부손상이 없고 내수성에 강한 특성이 있음.
- 내구성 : 어떠한 외부영향에도 손상(긁힘이나 갈라짐 등)이 없는 내구성이 강함
- 내수성 : 세탁시 물빠짐이 없어 원색이 오래도록 지속됨
- 원가절감 : 직접인쇄방식으로 불필요한 공정을 제거

Print the picture and logo on the shoe fabric. Traditional production methods required printing film or printing plate. However, digital printing techniques are used recently. It’s an innovative way to get your designs printed directly on materials. Our company has succeeded in developing a new product without any external damage and without any change in laundry, satisfying the quality required by our customers.
Our products are high-resolution, flashy colors such as photos that we couldn’t implement before. Dual PU-coating layer formed on the surface so that there is no external damage and has strong water resistance.
